Just Do It!...unless ya' know you absolutely shouldn't
Get a large plate or dinner platter and place in layers...
- A few slices of your favorite bread, toasted
- Spoonfuls of bread stuffing
- Mashed and/or candied yams
- Plenty of fresh-baked turkey
- Drizzle home-made (or store bought) gravy on top
- Cover with wax-paper
- Nuke in microwave oven until heated through
- Enjoy and make slurping noises as needed!
- Optional: Top with cranberry sauce and/or chopped pecans

Thanksgiving Turkey Sandwich Wrap Recipe

Ingredients* 1 large flour tortilla, regular or flavored
* 1 tbsp mayonnaise
* 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
* 2 oz sliced fresh turkey
* 1 tbsp chopped red onion
* 1/4 cup baby spinach leaves
* 1 oz sliced Provolone, Swiss or Cheddar cheese
* 2 thin slices tomato
* salt and pepper to taste
1. In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese. Spread over tortilla to within 1/2 inch of the edges. Top with sliced turkey, red onion, spinach, sliced cheese and tomato slices, layered in the order listed in a row along the center one-third of the tortilla. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Roll the tortilla up tightly to enclose the filling, then cut in half crosswise. Eat immediately or wrap both halves in plastic wrap and pack in a lunch bag.

- The very best part about Thanksgiving! My cousins and I used to always do a late night raid of the fridge on Thanksgiving night and make the best turkey sandwiches with miracle whip of course! :)

- I absolutely adore turkey sandwiches the next day after you've had a roasted turkey. The one with the sprouts looks delish! It's lunch -- think I only have bologna in the fridge. Dag nab it.
