- Quietly crack open a dinner roll
- Spread a thin layer of cream cheese or mayo on both halves
- Smear on a dollop of cranberry sauce

- Add a few pieces of that fresh-baked turkey
- Squish the halves together
- Enjoy your late night nibbler
Mix & Match:
Salt and vinegar chips for zig!
A sliced up orange, goes perfect with cranberry.
Lettuce, sprouts, other greens!
During the holidays, don't forget the other left-overs :)

Comforting Decadence
Just Do It!...unless ya' know you absolutely shouldn't
Get a large plate or dinner platter and place in layers...
- A few slices of your favorite bread, toasted
- Spoonfuls of bread stuffing
- Mashed and/or candied yams
- Plenty of fresh-baked turkey
- Drizzle home-made (or store bought) gravy on top
- Cover with wax-paper
- Nuke in microwave oven until heated through
- Enjoy and make slurping noises as needed!
- Optional: Top with cranberry sauce and/or chopped pecans

- 4 tsp Plain Low-fat yogurt
- 8 slices Rye Bread
- 1 1/3 cup Sweet and Sour Red Cabbage (recipe follows)
- 8 oz Turkey; breast thinly sliced
Sweet and Sour Red Cabbage:
- 1 lb red cabbage (try half and half with green cabbage); shredded
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- Sugar equivalent to a 2 tbsp
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp margarine
